System of Quality Managment

System of quality management is designed, implemented and maintained in KAFU. KAFU system of quality management is in constant development. Improved system of quality management ensures constant comparison of planned and actual events / indicators, their analysis and taken of appropriate measures in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2008international standards series.

Satisfaction of educational (including supplementary) services customer and the implementation of research and development is one of the main objectives of the system of quality management in the university. KAFU collects information about satisfaction/dissatisfaction level. This level is a criterion of the system of quality management results, including:

  • analysis of the results of internal audits of the university;
  • conduction of personal meetings with the students of senior management and employees of the university;
  • taking part in the meetings of the structural units; 
  • anonymous surveys of students; 
  • analysis of requests and comments from consumers and stakeholders; 
  • information about graduate; 
  • analysis of the production of learning, teaching and scientific literature reviews, the number and level of scientific publications, scientific conferences and seminars.

Quality of education – is:

  • set of indicators characterizing the ability to meet established and emerging (perceived) needs of the individual, society, state, and social groups in the scope and content of knowledge, skills and abilities. 
  • quality of the results of the educational process: appropriate level of knowledge of students and graduates of the requirements of State Standards; 
  • characteristics of system of quality management; 
  • education content; 
  • the level of training of applicants; 
  • qualifications of teaching staff; 
  • information and methodological support; 
  • the logistics of the educational process; 
  • development and implementation of modern educational technology; 
  • level of scientific activity.

Monitoring customer satisfaction is carried out by the internal auditors in accordance with the schedule, approved by the President of KAFU. Also it is carried out with the aim conducting a variety of studies. Specifically developed questionnaires and tests are used as the main methods of monitoring. The process of testing and questioning is carried out by KAFU Institutional Research Center.
